Arthur M., Jr., beloved husband of Marlene H. (nee Niklas), loving father of Timothy (Julie) Ney, Peter Ney, Noreen (Thomas) Lundberg, Laura (John) Rives and Katherine (Steven) Weislogel, devoted grandfather of Rita, Rachel, Kristen, Aaron, Thomas, Madeline, Luke, Sara, Niklas, Andrew and Peter. He was preceded in death by his brother Robert Ney and sister-in-law, Patricia Ney. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Judge Ney passed away on Monday, May 11th at the age of 88. Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 14th from 5-8PM at Thomas-Justin Memorial, 7500 Montgomery Rd. (45236) Kenwood. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, May 15th at 10AM at St. Xavier Catholic Church, 607 Sycamore St. (45202) Downtown. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to the Down Syndrome Assn. of Greater Cincinnati, 4623 Wesley Ave., Suite A(45212).
