Betty Jane, beloved daughter of the late Edgar and Julia (nee Emmers) Watson, loving sister of Julianne (Tim) Roth, Carol (Ed) Grueter, Eileen (Larry) Thorpe, Shirley (Steve) Vastine and the late Marilyn Watson, devoted aunt of 9 nieces and nephews and adoring aunt of 22 great-nieces and nephews and several great-great-nieces and nephews. Betty Jane passed away on Thursday, September 17th at the age of 73. Visitation will be on Friday, October 2nd from 8:30-9:30AM at Thomas-Justin Memorial, 7500 Montgomery Rd. (45236). Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:00AM at St. Saviour Parish, 4136 Myrtle Ave. (45236). Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN (38105) or StJude.org. Donations can also be made to a charity of your choice.
