Charlene Anne, loving sister of Edward P. Reese and Barbara Holley, dear aunt of Richard Holley, Jr. and Kenneth Holley, lifelong friend of Norma and Maureen. Charlene had many accomplishments and educational achievements. She was employed by Bell Telephone, IBM, AT&T and Tri-County Health. She passed away on December 27th at the age of 64. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, January 12th at 4PM at Thomas-Justin Funeral Home, 4418 Whetsel Ave. (45227). All Covid-19 protocols will be respected and observed. Masks must be worn, and a limit of 10 people allowed in the funeral home at a time.
