David, beloved husband of Paula (nee Chambers), nephew of Dorothy, cousin of Bonnie, Peggy, Tom, Tim, Liz, Brent, Brad, Adda and Elise. Passed away unexpectedly on Friday, October 28 at the age 57. Visitation will be held on Saturday, November 5th from 9:30AM until the time of memorial service 10:30AM at Thomas-Justin Memorial, 7500 Montgomery Rd. (45236). Inurnment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to DaVita Dialysis.
