David H., beloved husband of Anne (nee Balbach), the late Sue (nee Foertsch) and the late Linda (nee Beardslee). Cherished father of Michael V. (Maria) and Kenneth D. (Laurie) Hoffman, dear step-father of Amy (Rick) Bens and Melissa Eckes. Devoted grandfather of Matthew, Susan and Madeline. Beloved uncle of many and special brother of Marilyn (Donald) Foertsch and the late Carl V. (Nancy Romance) Hoffman. Passed away on Sunday, March 30th at the age of 71. Visitation will be held on Friday, April 4th from 5-8PM at Thomas-Justin Memorial, 7500 Montgomery Rd. (45236) Kenwood. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, April 5th at 10AM at St. Vincent Ferrer, 7754 Montgomery Rd. (45236). Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. The family asks that all memorials be directed to the St. Vincent Ferrer Capital Improvement Fund.
