David W., beloved husband of the late Mary Ellen Parsons, who passed away in 2006, loving father of Kevin Parsons and the late Karen (Karl) Schoenebaum. He is survived by his girlfriend Joy Nash.

Mr. Parsons passed away in his home on March 10th at the age of 87.

He was a member of Kenwood Country Club for 42 years. He retired from G.R. Kraus Machinery in 2003, having served as president of the company. He was also a veteran of the United States Army.

A small chapel service will be held on Thursday, March 16th at 11AM at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
