Dorothy M. (Deiterman) Missig, 93, passed peacefully on August 24, 2016. She was the beloved wife of the late Richard J. Missig. Devoted mother of Carol (Vincent) Esposito, Barbara Hochhausler, Mark (Beverly), and Kathryn (Terry) Ramsey. Treasured grandmother of Doug (Laura) Richards, Scott (Karen) Richards, Jeffery (Kimberly) Myers, Jason Myers, Alice Hochhausler, Kathleen (Samuel) Hochhausler-Turner, Nicole (Robert) Ballis, Christopher (Brianna Stuart) Missig, Bryan (Michelle) Ramsey, Kyle (Anna) Ramsey, and Cory (Megan) Ramsey. Great grandmother of seven. Sister-in-law to Rita (late George) Morten of Sandusky, OH. Dorothy was a long-time member of the Red Hats Society and the MarieElders Senior Center in Mariemont, Ohio where she enjoyed playing cards and traveling with friends. She enjoyed being a part of her community so much that she was “The Welcome Lady.” She was a parishioner of St. John Vianney for many years where she was the President of the Senior Group and distributed communion. Dorothy will surely be missed by all who loved her. Visitation will be Saturday, September 3, 2016, from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at St. Margaret – St. John Parish 6000 Murray Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45227. Mass of Christian Burial following the Visitation at 10:30 AM at the church.
