Elbie M., cherished father of Max , beloved son of Barbara and the late Melvin Herman, devoted fiancé of Debra McClain, dear brother of Jason, Samantha and Jeff Herman. Passed away in his home on Thursday, June 28, 2012 at the age of 47. The family will have a visitation on Monday, July 2nd from 5:30-8:30pm at Thomas-Justin Memorial, 7500 Montgomery Rd. (45236). Funeral service will be on Tuesday, July 3rd at 10AM at the funeral home.
