Eloise M. Clark

August 31, 1922 — April 1, 2025

Eloise Margaurite Clark, age 102, passed away peacefully on April 1, 2025. She was born on August 31, 1922, in Decatur, Illinois.

Eloise lived a long, full life centered around love, family, and kindness. She cherished spending time with those she loved—especially when it meant gathering for a home-cooked meal, heading out for a good shopping trip, or hitting the bowling lanes.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, James H. Clark and stepdaughter Margaret Bridge. She is lovingly remembered by her children Dennis Clark (Brenda), Debbie Novick (Phil), Diane Nelson (Jim), and stepson Mark Bridge (Ellen); and by her 10 grandchildren: Matt, Jennifer, Allison, Chris, Jimmy, Jacob, Joe, Carrie, Rebecca, and Sarah. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.

Eloise’s warmth and generosity extended far beyond her immediate family. Over the years, countless others came to know and love her as “Mom,” “Grandma,” or “Weezie,” drawn in by her nurturing nature and open heart.

Her legacy of love, laughter, and style will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

Visitation will be held at Thomas-Justin Memorial, 7500 Montgomery Rd. (45236) Kenwood from 11:30AM-12:30PM.
