Florence Mancen Beaber

Florence Mancen, entered into rest on Thursday, December 27, 2017 at the age of 104. She was born on April 4, 1913, in Detroit, MI. She remained there for most of her life, where she was a dedicated member of St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Eastpoint. After raising her children, and after her husband’s retirement, she moved with him to Cincinnati, where she remained until her death.  Florence was preceded in death by her husband Jack, her sister Marion, and her brother Harold. She is survived by her two daughters Sharon Nix and Lana Kittenbrink. In addition, she is survived by her son-in-law Jay Kittenbrink, nephew Joseph Wesol, two granddaughters Leah (Nathan) Bromen and Jenn James.  She is also survived by six great-grandchildren, Ray, Sierra, Juliann and AJ Bromen and Devyn and Aaryn James, as well as her brother-in-law Wally (Janet) Beaber. funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 6th at 10AM at St. Paul Lutheran Church, 5433 Madison Rd. (45227). In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Paul Lutheran Village, 5515, Madison Rd (45227).
