CLEVELAND
Frank P., M.D., beloved husband of 69 years to Hazel "Doreene" (nee Dix) Cleveland, cherised father of Lisa (Mike) Sylvester, Craig (Lisa) Cleveland, Bradley Cleveland and Tamara (Dante) Almonte, devoted grandfather of Matthew, Sidney, Chad, C.J., Rachael, Alex, Dory and the late Michael, loving brother of Alberta Joos. Passed away on Monday, November 28th at the age of 92. Friends are invited to visit with the family on Friday, December 2nd from 4-7 PM at Thomas-Justin Memorial, 7500 Montgomery Rd. (45236). Funeral service will take place on Saturday, December 3rd at 11AM at Armstrong Chapel United Methodist Church, corner of Drake and Indian Hill Rd. in Indian Hill. If desired, memorials may be directed to Michael Cleveland Sylvester Memorial Scholarship Fund, c/o Moeller High School, 9001 Montgomery Rd. (45242) or to the charity of one's choice.
