Fred, beloved son of Frances E. and the late Harry Finlaw, Sr. Dear brother of Harry (Jane) Finlaw, Jr. Loving fiancé of Dorie Dozier. Passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, March 24th at the age of 60. Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 29th from 12:30-2:30PM at Thomas-Justin Memorial, 7500 Montgomery Rd. (45236). Interment will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Park. O
