Gail A. Eschmeyer

Gail A. Eschmeyer (nee Lindhorst) 77 of Loveland returned to her heavenly home on April 15th, 2025. Gail was a dynamic woman, who loved fiercely and believed in the power of family. She was a devoted mom, grandma, sister, daughter, wife, friend and aunt who loved family gatherings, talking deep into the evening with those she loved the most.

She was born July 8, 1947, to Paul Lindhorst and Gloria Bon Tempo Lindhorst and was a loving sister to Marcia McHugh (Paul) and Ronald Lindhorst (Lynn). She lived in and loved Cincinnati her entire life, attending St. Vincent’s, All Saints, graduating from Mt. Notre Dame High School in 1965 and later from the Southern Ohio College of Business. A woman of many talents, she enjoyed acting with the Cincinnati Center for Performing Arts and the Loveland Stage Company. She loved learning and her books were a lifelong and constant companion.

Gail married her husband Charles (Chuck), and they celebrated 57 years together in 2024. Together, they had two children, Amy Eschmeyer of Cincinnati and Tony Eschmeyer (Holly) of Highlands Ranch, CO. Her handpicked, grandma moniker of G.G. was her greatest title to Ben, Nate, Dominic, Sophie and Sunny. She was an Auntie to many nieces and nephews, and enjoyed watching all of them grow, thrive and start families of their own.

An avid lover of animals, she achieved her dream of having more pets in the house than people within the past year. Her fur babies never had to compete for affection because it was ever present and endless.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, April 24th from 11AM until the time of the Memorial Mass of Christian Burial, 12Noon, at Community of the Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 8815 E. Kemper Rd. (45249). Inurnment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery
