Inni Myoung Bahleby, age 75, passed away peacefully on February 2, 2026.
Inni was the fourth of seven siblings, born to the late Kang Ok Myoung and the late Im
Rye Kim Myoung, and remained deeply connected to her family throughout her life.
She was a loving sister to Jung Ja and the late Han Young Choi, Joung Sim Myoung,
Jean Vanhorne Forthuber and Dieter Forthuber, Jae Hun and Sun Hee Myoung, Jae In
and Jung Hee Myoung, and Jae Yun and Kathy Myoung. She was a beloved aunt to
Sungyun Choi, Sungsik Choi, Youngsik Choi, Hyunju Lee, Michael Bo Nam, Suyen
Charotia Lee, Edgar Myoung Vanhorne, Soojung Myoung, Soojin Park, Sooyun
Myoung, Jenny Myoung Detert, Paul Myoung, and Jiho Myoung.
Born in Seoul, South Korea in 1950, Inni graduated from Ewha Womans University with
a degree in Business Administration. She moved to Cincinnati in 1978, where she
earned a master’s degree in information systems from the University of Cincinnati. Inni
built a successful career at Procter & Gamble as a product engineer, retiring in
September 2014 after many years of dedicated service.
Inni embraced life with grace and creativity. She loved dancing, listening to classical
music, cooking, and painting. She had a deep appreciation for fine dining, travel,
beauty, and art, and she expressed her creativity in everything she did. Known for her
warmth, elegance, and thoughtful spirit, Inni inspired those around her through her quiet
strength and refined appreciation of life.
Inni touched many lives with her warmth and creativity. Though she is gone, her spirit,
laughter, and love will continue to guide and comfort those who knew her.
Family and friends are invited to gather on February 14, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. until the
11:00 a.m. memorial service at Madeira-Silverwood Presbyterian Church, 8000 Miami
Road, Madeira, Ohio 45243. Inurnment will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Park.
If desired, memorial contributions in Inni’s honor may be directed to a charity of the
donor’s choice.
