Jack Lardinais, 88 years old, passed away peacefully on April 30, 2025 at The Lodge Skilled Nursing Home in Loveland, OH.
He was born on April 17th, 1937, in Toledo, OH, the son of Robert and Adeline Lardinais.
Jack spent many years working alongside his father installing hardwood flooring before eventually pursuing his passion for dog grooming.
In his spare time, Jack found great joy in painting- many of his artworks are proudly displayed in the homes of his loved ones. A talented vocalist, he sang for years with the Cincinnati Mens’ Chorus, often accompanied by his beloved spouse, Thomas Vaughn.
In retirement, Jack and Thomas cherished their time wintering in their condo in Jupiter, Florida. Together, they traveled extensively, exploring numerous countries and embracing new cultures.
Jack is survived by his brother Robert (Vivian) Lardinais; nephews Bob (Deb) Lardinais, Larry (Ann) Lardinais, KC (Katy) Markley, Jason Markley, Mike Warden, Jim Warden, and Gary Warden; nieces Sue (Mark) Crowther, Julie (Brian) Williamson, and Kerry (Darrin) Graczyk.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 9th, 2025, at St. Cecilia Catholic Church, 3105 Madison Rd., Cincinnati, OH 45209. Family will receive friends at 10:00 AM until the time of mass at 11:00 AM. Jack will be laid to rest next to his spouse in Spring Grove Cemetery.
