James F. Barlow

James Franklin, born August 22, 1966. Beloved son of Catherine (nee McCullum) Barlow and the late Donald Barlow. Cherished brother of Les Barlow, Linda (Bill) Haas, Donald Barlow II and Tonya (Gene) Shephard. Loving uncle to 16 nieces and nephews and numerous great-nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by his brother Roger (Pam) Barlow.

A gentle spirit, young at heart and mind and ever to be a child who was loved and who touched the hearts of all he met. A smile you had to respond to. A lover of bear hugs, all cars, trucks, fire, police, and trains. Always enjoyed being with the young kids and playing right along beside them.

Passed away in his home surrounded by his adoring family on April 6, 2021 at the age of 54.

He will be “Forever in Our Hearts”.

Family invites all to a visitation at Thomas-Justin Memorial, 7500 Montgomery Rd (45236) on Monday, April 12, 2021 at 12 noon until time of service at 1pm. Interment will follow at Brookside Cemetery, West Chester, Ohio.
