Joseph R. "Richard", beloved husband of Beverly (nee Ward), cherished father of Kimberly (John) DeBrosse, Kristin Kamcza, Michael Hill, Jeffrey (Tanya) Hill, Patricia (Harry) Reinhardt, Shelli (Jay) Davenport, James (Carolyn) Fiscus, and Brian Fiscus. He was a devoted grandfather of 19 and great-grandfather of 5. Loving brother of Cheril (Gordy) Dahl. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph H. and Mildred F. Hill.
Richard passed away on Tuesday, November 29th at the age of 79.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 7th, from 9:30 until the time of Blessing, 11AM, and will be followed by military honors at Thomas-Justin Memorial, 7500 Montgomery Rd. (45236) Kenwood.
