Joseph, beloved husband of Mary Lou (nee Nichols) Serge, cherished father of Rick, Kathy and the late Tim and Joe Serge. He is also survived by his loving daughter-in-law Molly Serge. Devoted grandfather of Lauren Serge. Brother of the late Catherine Willing, Josephine Cartisano, Jill Nichols, Anthony Serge and Dominic Serge. Numerous nieces and nephews. Joseph was a veteran of the US Navy, fighting in Okinawa in WWII. After he left the Navy, he went on to work at Velva Sheen where he retired after over 20 years of service. Joseph passed away on Saturday, September 19th at the age of 94. Services are being held privately for the family. If desired donations may be directed, in his name, to the WoundedWarriorProject.org.
