J.Scott Peterson

J. Scott, passed away April 19, 2014 at the age of 59. Born to James and LaVaughn Peterson, Scott graduated from Madeira H.S. and attended Ohio University. He is married to Janet Peterson. Scott attended Crossroads Community Church. He is an accomplished skier and volunteered with the Perfect North Ski Patrol for 34 years. He enjoyed music and ballroom dancing. As an avid motorcyclist, he traveled many different places. Scott is survived by his step-mom Marilyn Peterson; sister Nancy (Mike) Peterson-Morrissey; brother Nick (Julie) Peterson, children Ryan (Laura) Cook, Katherine (Clayton Murphree) Miller , Christine (Joseph) Gaefe and the late Emmily and her husband Curtis Williams. The family will receive friends Wednesday April 23, 2014 from 4-7pm at the Thomas-Justin Memorial 7500 Montgomery Rd. in Kenwood. Funeral services will be private at the convenience of the family.
