Judy Ann "Cookie" (nee Rotunno), loving wife of Bill Carr, devoted mother of two sons, Kenneth and Jayson Carr, celebrated family through marriage, Cheryl Brunner, Paula (Phil) Massey and William D. Carr, cherished grandmother of Jenna and Taylor Carr, Shanelle and Trenton Brunner, Christopher (Christina), Ryan (Carrie) and Kellie Massey, great-grandmother of Isaiah Massey. She is also survived by her sister Audrey Gatto and niece Gayle (Steven) Hill She was loved by numerous other family members and friends. Passed away on Sunday, December 18th at the age of 67. Friends are invited to visit with the family on Thursday, December 22nd from 5-8PM at Thomas-Justin Memorial, 7500 Montgomery Rd. (45236). Funeral service will be held on Friday, December 23rd at 10AM at the funeral home. Interment will immediately follow at Rest Haven Memorial Park.
