Kristin H. Dusterberg

Kristin H. Dusterberg (nee Himmelspach), beloved wife of Richard B. Dusterberg, cherished mother of Dan Dusterberg, Kurt (Kim) Dusterberg, and the late Jeanne Dusterberg, devoted grandmother of Karen (Taylor) Hopkins and Conner Dusterberg. Loving sister of Gretchen R. Wirtz and dear sister-in-law of Tom Dusterberg and Claire Slemmer.

Kristin was devoted to special needs children and their families and was one of 3 women who created Starfire Council of Greater Cincinnati. She also loved to volunteer for various local charities. She was the first recipient of Starfire’s Shining Star Award and also received the Mother of the Year from the Rudi Johnson Foundation.

She was a longtime member of the Kenwood Country Club where she was able to enjoy her favorite pastime, golf. She was also a devout Catholic and member of All Saints Catholic Church.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 16th from 9-10AM at Thomas-Justin Memorial, 7500 Montgomery Rd. (45236). Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 10:30AM at All Saints Catholic Church, 8939 Montgomery Rd. (45236).
