Lawrence Sprankle

SPRANKLE, Rev. Lawrence B., beloved husband of Dorothy, loving father of Linda Hargrove and Mary McMannes, dear grandfather of Robert, Timothy and Jonathan Hargrove and special great-grandfather of five. Passed away on February 3rd at the age of 97 in Cincinnati. Friends are invited to visit with the family on Thursday, February 9th from 11AM until the time of funeral service 12Noon at Kenwood Baptist Church, 8341 Kenwood Rd., Cincinnati, OH (45236). Burial services will be held privately for the family. Rev. Sprankle's first pastorates were in New Lexington, Oakfield and Ebenezer Baptist churches as well as Columbia, Linwood and Kenwood. Memorials may be directed to Kenwood Baptist Church or Wendell Mettey at Matthew 25 Ministries.
