KEEFE

Lois Marian (nee Long) Nov. 6, 1921 to Oct. 2, 2010, age 88. Loving daughter of the late Don C. and L. Pearl Long. Preceded in death by husband, Howard N. Keefe, and sisters, June and Zoe. Devoted mother of Andrea Smutz, Douglas Keefe (Sharon Boynton), and Melanie (Steve) Rathman. Survived by grandchildren, Ryan and Nicole Smutz, Sarah, Joseph and Michael Keefe, Jennifer and Molly Rathman, as well as, great-grandchildren, Skyler and Samantha Smutz. Lois was a teacher for many years at Woodward and Sycamore High Schools. She traveled all over the world in her retirement years, including all 50 states. She loved nature and was an avid gardener. Visitation at 10 A.M. with Memorial service at 11 A.M., Sycamore Presbyterian Church, Symmes Township, Saturday, Oct. 16, 2010. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Friends of Krohn Conservation (Krohn Conservatory), 950 Eden Park Dr., Cincinnati, OH 45202 or the charity of your choice.
