Mercedes Clover Martin, dear wife of the late Robert A. Martin; loving mother of Donn Martin, David Martin, Jon Martin; devoted grandmother of Chris Martin, Debbi Menkedick, Gregg Martin, Lauri Jackson, Darya Butler, Rob Martin, Stacy Martin, cherished great-grandmother of Krista Martin, Chris Martin, Bobby Menkedick, Tyler Martin, Hannah Martin, Chole Jackson, Cameron Jackson, Kyle Jackson, Taylor Butler, Ross Butler, McKay Butler, Audrey Butler, Nathaniel Butler, Rebekah Martin, Benjamin Martin, Daniel Moore, Kayla Flynn; proud great-great grandmother of Audrey Martin, Kyler Martin, Addyson Martin; passed away February 27, 2012 at the wonderful age of 99. Mere was a long time member of Mariemont Community Church and a dedicated volunteer for Meals on Wheels. Her passions include: water-color painting, camping, hiking, pottery, geology, rock polishing, cooking, piano, gardening and traveling to see former Mairemont students, friends and all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Visitation for friends and family will be held on Friday, March 2nd from 5:30-9PM at Thomas-Justin Memorial, 7500 Montgomery Rd. (45236). A memorial service, in honor of her thoughtful and loving life will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, March 3rd at 10AM with the final rest at Spring Grove Cemetery.
