Paul Anthony, MD., beloved husband of Lorraine (nee Eschmeyer), cherished father of Michael Spaccarelli, Julie (Mark Piorkowski) Spaccarelli, Joseph (Stephanie) Spaccarelli, Mara (Stephan Noll) Spaccarelli, Jennifer Spaccarelli and Christina (Mark) Zaring; devoted grandfather of Claire, James, Henning, Gabrielle, Anna, Luke, Noelle, Sophia, Caroline, Nicholas, Bella and the soon to arrive Baby Noll. He is also survived by his siblings, John Spaccarelli, MD and Mary Heinichen. He was preceded in death by his parents, Deno and Rose Spaccarelli (nee Palazzolo) and brother David Spaccarelli. Passed away unexpectedly in his home on Friday, January 24th at the age of 73. Dr. Spaccarelli was born in Cincinnati and graduated from St. Xavier High School, The University of Cincinnati College of Pharmacy and the College of Medicine. He served his residency at Good Samaritan Hospital, where he remained a physician until his death. Friends, family and colleagues may visit with his family on Tuesday, January 28th from 4-8PM at Thomas-Justin Memorial, 7500 Montgomery Rd. (45236) Kenwood. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, January 29th at 5PM at St. Vincent Ferrer Catholic Church, 7754 Montgomery Rd. (45236) Kenwood.
