Philip W., beloved husband of the late Dorothy B. (nee Myers), cherished father of Amy B. Casper and Bradley A. (Kay) Casper, devoted grandfather of Colton, Carly, and Brody Casper, loving brother of Margaret “Peg” Kuhn of Laurens, NY and sister-in-law of Marylou Ramsdell of Cincinnati. Passed away on Saturday, August 15th at the age of 101. In the end he said that “his body was giving up way before his mind and spirit”. Funeral service will be held on Friday, August 21st at 11AM at the Old Armstrong Chapel, at the corner of Drake and Indian Hill roads. Interment will follow at Armstrong Chapel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the charity of your choice.
