CHARLES
Quentin P. beloved husband of the late Wilma Charles (nee Grace). Cherished Father of Paul Charles, Anne Charles and Paula (Andrew Levin) Vinson. Loving brother to Elaine Moore (nee Charles). Passed away unexpectedly on April 24, 2017 at the age of 83. Visitation will be Friday May 5th from 11am-1pm until time of funeral service. In lieu of flowers please send donations to The National Kidney Foundation or The Thankful Heart Food Pantry, 648 Adams Rd., Pikeville Ky. (41501).
