Rachel Dean (nee Williams), beloved wife of Robert Dean, loving mother of three and grandmother of 9.
Passed away on Wednesday, February 26th at the age of 71.
The family will receive friends on Friday, February 28th from 5-8PM at Thomas-Justin Memorial, 7500 Montgomery Rd. (45236) Kenwood.
