Regina M. (nee Carney), beloved wife of the late Roberts J. Meiers, cherished mother of Ken (Patty) Meiers, John Meiers, Charles (Nancy) Meiers, Paul (Kathy) Meiers and Linda (Doug) Hardy, grandmother of nine, great-grandmother of 16 and great-great grandmother of two. She is also survived by her sister, Betty (John) Moore. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Elizabeth (nee Nolan) Carney, six brothers and sisters, one grandson and one great-granddaughter. Passed away in her home, surrounded by her family on Tuesday, January 24th at the age of 89. Visitation will be held on Monday, January 30th from 9AM until the time of Mass of Christian Burial 10AM at St. John the Evangelist, 7121 Plainfield Rd. (45236) Deer Park. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN (38105).
