Richard E., beloved husband of Joanne (nee Russell), devoted father of Carolyn Johnson of Phoenix, AZ, Dianne (Joey) Culotta of Abilene, TX and the late Douglas R. Bartchy. Cherished grandfather of Jeff and Kristen Culotta, great-grandfather of Shiloh Culotta. Passed away on Thursday, June 21st at the age of 86. Visitation will be on Friday, June 29th from 10:30AM until the time of memorial service 11AM at Thomas-Justin Memorial, 7500 Montgomery Rd. (45236).
