Robert S. Bokon

Robert “Bob” Bokon, age 82, passed peacefully on July 13, 2025. A loving family man, Bob

was the forever devoted husband of the late Mary Jane Bokon.

Bob was the proud and loving father of Elizabeth Bokon Onthank (Beth) Robert Steve Bokon Jr. (Rob), and the late Michelle Bokon. He will be deeply missed by his cherished grandchildren: Nicholas Heath Onthank, Payton Michelle Onthank and Katherine Mary Onthank (KK); as well as his Son-in Law, Steve Onthank and his Daughter-in Law, Heather Bokon

Born in Detroit, Michigan on October 27, 1942, Bob was a man of generosity and an unwavering dedication to his family. Bob was an entrepreneur owning, co-owning, and managing several businesses; he had affinity for the stock market and a love for cars. In his leisure time, Bob enjoyed playing golf, sport shooting, boating, and never missed an opportunity to bet on his favorite sports teams or the ponies.

Bob’s conviction, devotion and generosity left a lasting impact on all who knew him.

The funeral service will be Tuesday, July 29, 2025, at The Indian Hill Church, 6000 Drake Road, Cincinnati, OH (45243) at 3:00 p.m.
