Robert B. "Bob" Hutchison

Robert B. “Bob”, beloved husband of Beth (nee Nist) for nearly 60 years. Loving father of Kim Hutchison, Leslie (Bob) Sahlfeld and Mary Beth (Wally) Nameth. Cherished granddad of Kevin, Eric, and Lauren Sahlfeld and Katherine and Matthew Nameth. Dear brother of Ann (Jeff) Gosser. Bob passed away on February 13, 2018, surrounded by his family. Bob attended Kent State University on both academic and athletic scholarships. After completing his B.S. in Chemistry, he attended the University of California, Berkeley, receiving his PhD in Organic Chemistry. He spent most of his career at Emery Industries/Henkel Corp., in Cincinnati. During his tenure at Emery, he was awarded four (4) patents and was selected as a member of the Who's Who Worldwide. Bob was passionate about spending time with his family, skiing and boating. The family will be accepting friends on Saturday, February 24th from 1PM until the time of the memorial service, 2PM at Thomas-Justin Memorial, 7500 Montgomery Rd. (45236).
