Theo Clemence Sandaker

Theo Dowell Sandaker passed away on May 5, 2018. Theo was preceded in death by her husband, Harold and her daughter, Joan. She was the youngest of seven children born to attorney, George W. Dowell and Anna Lee Midyette Dowell. She attained a master’s degree and taught within the Cincinnati School System. Later she was a librarian at the University of Cincinnati Library. She lived at Twin Lakes, in Montgomery, from its inception. She enjoyed the view of the lake and the fountain from her windows. She is survived by several nieces and nephews and her good friend, Lois Ackerman. A memorial service will be held TODAY, 11:00AM, in the Twin Lakes Chapel, 9840 Montgomery Rd. (45242).  She will be buried at Spring Grove Cemetery.
