Theresia Mesgetz(nee Neff)  Beloved wife of the late John Mesgetz.  Loving mother of Gerda (Hugh) Lindsay, Ellie (Bob) Stroup.  Devoted Oma to Eric Smith, Nate (Jen)Stroup, and Nick (Sarah) Stroup.  Awsome Oma T. to Joe, Erin, John and Kim Stroup.  She is also survived by her sister in Germany EvaKuchel and many loving nieces and nephews both here and in Germany. She passed away peacefully on April 25, 2017 at the age of 89 at St. Margaret Hall.   She loved to cook, bake, and garden. Her cakes, pastries and Christmas cookies were truly a delicacy to be savored.  She and her late husband lovingly took care of the flowers at Annunciation Church and received many civic gardening awards.  Visitation will be Saturday April 29th from 9-10:30.  Mass will immediately follow at Annunciation Church in Clifton. In lieu of flowers please send donations to The Free Store Food Bank. Theresia never wanted anyone to go hungry.
