Thomas H. Beloved husband of Victoria Lockwood, loving father of Mark Lockwood, Tom Lockwood, Sam Lockwood and Maggie Prehoda, dear grandfather of Emily and Benjamin Prehoda, cousin of Sharon Keefer and Pat Bratchens. February 9, 2013. Age 74. The family will receive friends Friday February 15th from 5pm until Cincinnati F.O.P and USMC services 6:45pm at the Thomas-Justin Memorial 7500 Montgomery Rd. in Kenwood. The family asks that memorials please be made to The Greater Cincinnnati Police Historical Society 959 W.8th St. Suite 201 Cincinnati Oh, 45203.
