Virgene "Jean" nee (Reardon) beloved wife of John H. Nester entered eternal life in the presence of her family on September 28, 2011. Loving mother of Jane, Pat, John (Gloria), Bill (Cindy), Mary (Tom), Jim (Molly), Tom (Valerie) and Norene (Larry). Cherished grandmother of Nora, Jeff, Michael, Erin, Janet, John F., Jacqueline, Elizabeth, Annie, Tommy, Molly, Allison, Andy, Patrick, Kathleen, Ellen, Matt and great grandmother of Maggie.

Proceeded in death by her parents Mary Elizabeth and John Vincent Reardon, her loving sisters and brothers Norene, Mildred, John, Jane, Jimmy and Danny.

Virgene devoted her life to her husband, John, of 61 years, her children, her sisters and brothers, her church and her faith.

Born and raised in East Chicago, IN, where she met her beloved husband at a church picnic, they raised their children as loving and devoted parents. Virgene will be eternally loved and cherished for her love of her family, concern for others, and numerous volunteer activities. She was a committed and faithful Eucharistic minister for many of the homebound in her community.

Visitation at Justin-Thomas Funeral Home 7500 Montgomery Road, Kenwood, Ohio Friday September 30, 2011 between 5 - 8 pm

Mass of Christian Burial at All Saints Church, 8939 Montgomery Rd Kenwood Ohio Saturday, October 1, 2011 at 10:30 a.m.
