Wanda Katherine (nee Adams), beloved wife for 68 years to Royce Pettyjohn, loving mother of Gary (Camie), Charlene, Barry (Billie). She is the cherished “Gram” of Steve, Heidi, Cameron, Adam, Noah, and Abigail and great-Gram to Elliot, Sarah, Parker, Murphy, Trevor, and one more little one that will arrive in November. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde and Goldie (nee Oakley) Adams, son, Gene and two infant children. Wanda passed away while her husband was holding her hand, on Wednesday, July 1st at the age of 85. Visitation will be held on Monday, July 6th from 10AM until the time of funeral service, 11:30AM at Thomas-Justin Memorial, 7500 Montgomery Rd. (45236). She will be laid to rest at Rest Haven Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, (JDRF.org), PO Box 37920, Boone, IA (50037-0920).
