William “Bill” Andrew Hansbauer

William Andrew Hansbauer, age 59, of Fairfield, Ohio, passed away unexpectedly but peacefully in his home on February 3, 2025. Bill was the son of Kay (née Shelton) Hansbauer and brother of Tina (Shawn) Ford and Joe (Melanie) Hansbauer. He is survived by his seven nieces and nephews: Jacob, Hannah, Cassie and Ellie Ford and Greta, Otto, and Selma Hansbauer.

Bill was proud to be a veteran of the US Army. He was an avid golfer and sports fan. He loved his Bengals, Reds, and Xavier Musketeers. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and had great compassion and willingness to help anyone in need.

He will be greatly missed by all.

Visitation will be held (in the Parish Center) on Wednesday, February 12 from noon until the time of Memorial Mass, 1 PM at St. Gertrude Parish, 6543 Miami Rd., Cincinnati 45243. Friends and family may gather back at the Parish Center after Mass for a light reception.

Inurnment will be at St. Mary’s Cemetery in St. Bernard at a later date.
