William J. Ernstes

William J., Sr., was born on July 18, 1925 and passed away Thursday, July 20, 2017 at the age of 92. William was the beloved husband of Norma (nee Beiser), devoted father of William Jr, Joseph, “Mr. E”, and Gail Ernstes Turnau, loving grandfather of 7 and great grandfather of 6. William served as a volunteer firefighter for the Village of Fairfax, served in WWII and was Citizen of the Year in the Village of Fairfax in 2007, where he resided for 64 years. Funeral service will be held on Monday, July 24th at 11AM at Thomas-Justin Funeral Home, 4418 Whetsel Ave (45227). Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
