William Neale, 84 years-Husband of 31 years to the late Nancy Jess Fackler; father of Paul Fackler (Ana Karina); Husband of 13 years to Mary Story Fackler (née Diffenbacher), brother to Phyllis Stair, the lateCay Deck (Ben) and the late Cliff Fackler (Bev). Visitation will be on Tuesday, February 27th from 1:30pm until the time of funeral service 2:30pm at King of Kings Lutheran Church, 3621 Socialville-Foster Rd.(45040).
